Beautiful hill top villa with pool and breathtaking lakeviews in San Siro on the westshore of Lake Como. The villa rises majestically from the road via a private drive.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open plan sitting/dining room, a bright fully equipped kitchen and a garden with pool.
The magnificent sitting/dining room has a vaulted ceiling and picture windows offering wonderful views of Lake Como. It features a large corner sofa positioned to make the most of the views. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with breakfast table and has large windows overlooking the mountains.
The 5 bedrooms all have cherry wood bedsm except for the master bedroom which has a brass bed. All rooms have double wardrobes.
There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom.The double rooms have king-size beds. Two of the double rooms and the twin room have en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 other shared bathrooms and a shower/laundry room.
The villa has a balcony on three sides. The fourth side features a large covered terrace and garden with wonderful lake and mountain views. This is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco. There is also a BBQ.
The is parking space for several cars.
The villa lies on the top of a hill on 310 m above sea level in San Siro (formerly known as Santa Maria Rezzonico). A fifteen minutes walk down to the lake will bring you to Rezzonico with a medieval castle and pizzeria. You can also swim in the lake from the beach there, which is 5 minutes away on foot.
The beautiful town of Menaggio is about 10 minutes away. Menaggio has restaurants, bars, shops, banks and ferry stop to visit Varenna and Bellagio by boat.
The Menaggio/Cadenabbia 18 hole International golf course is also only 10 mins away.
