The ground floor features a fully fitted kitchen and a separate dining and living area with fireplace.The first floor features 2 bedrooms.

The first has a double bed a private internal bathroom, the second has twin beds. Both rooms offer magnificent views of Lake Como. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and a lakeview balcony.

The lower ground floor also boasts a sauna to relax after a day of exploring the splendid Lake Como.The villa has a private pool and jacuzzi and a beautiful garden with BBQ.

This villa is perfect for exploring Lake Como and its enchanting villages, villas and gardens. A ferry service stops just outside the gate of the villa.

Lenno is known for its Villa del Balbianello, famous as a film location in the James Bond movie ‘Casino Royale’, and its Lido with golden sandy beach and lakeside restaurant.

Como is 25 km away and Milan, Italy’s fashion and design capital and home of Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Supper, can also be reached in less than an hour.
